PHACS HL-7 Input Processor Module
 |
The
PHACS HL-7 Input Processor Module is a standalone
NT/2000 Service that retrieves CMOP, NMOP, VISTA, DOD compatible
pharmaceutical HL-7 text file(s), creates backup of file(s) and
populates ODBC Database tables with Batched Customer Order Information.
Individual Populated DB Tables Include: Batch Master, Batch Notes, Order
Splits, Order Details, Product Notes, and (PMI) Patient Medical
Information Index. Includes Client User Interface to service. Mutli-Language
Support Available Upon Request. Available with Multi-Language support.
Note: The
PHACS
HL-7 Input Processor Module can be modified to support a
variety of delimited text file input for use with other host systems and
maintain compatibility with CCG products and other
ANSI ASC
X12N EDI standards. |

The
PHACS Order Allocation Module is
capable of taking Individual Customer Orders and Allocating those orders
based upon available inventory. In addition to simple inventory
allocation, this module also has the ability to calculate volumetric
data and item count to merge multiple orders into single container,
conveyable plant orders. Inventory tables can be CCG ODBC/SQL or,
optionally customer provided
external Database Tables.
The Order Allocation Module consists of an NT/2000 Service and Client
UI. |

PHACS Receiving Workstation Module
allows the host system to receive inventory transparently. Items can be
received into customer defined "zones". These zones can be dispensable
or non-dispensable locations. The operator is provided with a zone
specific put-away list to aid in replenishment Multiple receiving
stations can be linked together. Requires a handheld scanner and a laser
printer for put-away list printing.

An optional Database interface is available to transfer received item

The
PHACS Manual Picking Module
allows the interactive manual picking and prescription labeling of
pharmaceutical items with optional pharmacist verification. Color Code
order item status aid the operator in determining individual item
status. The Manual Picking Module is designed to use Intermec® label
printers by default but can be configured to use Zebra type printers as
well. Configurable modes of operation are possible, allowing the
software to act as a manual pick station only, a labeling station only,
a controlled substance station only, or a bulk item pick only station.
Requires a handheld scanner and label printer.

The
PHACS Manual Packing Module
allows the interactive manual packing and of pharmaceutical items
Color Code order item status aid the operator in determining individual
item status. If an item requires pharmacist verification and it has not
been verified the item is not allowed to be packed. This module prints
full packing documentation and package labels. Requires a handheld
scanner a label printer and a document printer.
The
Manual Packing Module is designed to use Intermec® Label printers by
default but can be configured to use Zebra type printers as well. The
Packing operation video below represents a typical packing station setup
with two printers, one for PMI documentation and the other for package
labels. CCG also authors custom software for Intermec® Label printers.

PHACS Bulk Inventory Control Module

The
PHACS Bulk Inventory Control Module
allows bulk inventory to be received (from the PHACS system or a host
system) and create smaller units of inventory into machine dispensable
units for use within a dispensing machine. NDC/NDF and Lot Number
Tracking is maintained in the database and printed on a label that can
be applied to the smaller inventory package. Using available NDDF data,
NDC's differing only in received pack-size can be combined into one
traceable package. Requires a handheld/tabletop scanner and label
printer.

PHACS Custom Report Generator Module
makes generating reports from any ODBC data source a snap. Cleverly
engineered to allow real-time extraction of data with user parameters.
Reports are generated as web-enable html files. Your reports can be
shared and published directly to the internet. Never design a report
again. Users can define their own filters and comparisons. Each user
logging into the Report Generator uses a "short list" of just the
reports and parameters useful to that user.

comes with all the standard Pharmaceutical

The PHACS Smart Sortation Controller
is a revolutionary concept in sortation
hardware. This rack-mounted hardware device interfaces to a Siemens PLC
Step-7 or equivalent directly through Ethernet and accesses the PLC'S
I/O map in order to perform I/O operations, providing the key advantage
of remote processing without the need of profibus or similar protocol.
The resulting operations take place at 100 MIPS instead of 12 MIPS.
Simply map the I/O devices into a block of PLC memory and configure the
controller to access that block. No PLC programming required. Each
controller can be configured to control 2 separate sortation systems or
1 large sortation system. With proper physical configuration, the
controller can even cancel the container being sorted if it does not get
diverted for any reason.
